All kits are delivered within 5-7 business days from the moment we receive your brand details. Rush delivery (3 business days) is available for an additional $150.

Starter Kit includes 1 round of revisions. Signature Kit includes 2 rounds. Empire Kit includes unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied. A "round" means feedback on the full kit delivered at once.

After purchase, we'll send you a brand questionnaire. You'll share your logo (PNG or SVG), brand colors (hex codes preferred), preferred fonts, and any inspiration images or brand guidelines you already have. Don't have all of this? No problem — we can work with what you've got.

You can choose from any of our packs: Luxe Feed Collection, Reels Cover Pack, Brand Identity Kit, Story Highlight Icons, or Carousel Templates Pack. For the Starter Kit, pick one. For the Signature Kit, pick two. The Empire Kit includes everything.

All templates are delivered as Canva-editable files. You'll receive direct links to your customized Canva templates, plus a PDF brand style guide (Signature and Empire kits). Everything is ready to edit and post immediately.

Yes. If you start with a Starter Kit and want to upgrade to Signature or Empire, you'll only pay the difference. We keep your brand files on hand so the upgrade process is seamless.

The Empire Kit includes a full brand identity system — we'll help you establish your visual identity from scratch. For Starter and Signature kits, we recommend having at least a logo and 2-3 brand colors. If you're starting from zero, the Empire Kit is your best bet.
